Educational Qualification: HSLC passed or equivalent exam passed.

Other Criteria:

2.  Candidates must be mentally and physically fit.
3.  He/ she should not be a government employee.
4.  He/ she should not be a part of any political organization.
5.  He/ she must not have any criminal records.
6.  He/ she must not be a parent of more than two children.
